Single Class Registration Agreement & Policies
By submitting this registration form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Single Class Enrollment & Payment
The $65 single class fee is due in full at the time of registration. Payment may be completed online. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable and secures the student’s place in the class.
Attendance
Because classes are carefully structured and limited in size, missed classes cannot be made up, credited, or transferred to another date.
Teacher Absences
If an instructor is unable to teach, the academy will provide a qualified substitute whenever possible. If no substitute is available, the class may be taught online or rescheduled at the academy’s discretion.
Weather & Closures
If a class is canceled due to severe weather or emergency conditions and cannot be taught online, the academy will reschedule the class.
Studio Environment & Safety
For the safety of students and staff, video surveillance cameras are in use throughout the academy.
Photography & Media Release
Music Love Academy may photograph or record classes and events for educational and promotional purposes unless a Media Opt-Out Waiver is submitted in writing.
