Instrument Rental Contract

Please note: This instrument contract is available only to students currently enrolled at Music Love Academy.

Instruments Available

Instrument Details

  • Condition: Fully functional and in good working condition at the time of rental

Rental Terms

  • Monthly Rental Fee: $50

  • Payment Due: At the beginning of each month

  • Minimum Rental Period: 1 month

  • Rental continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled

Use & Care

  • The instrument must be used in a safe, indoor environment only

  • Renter agrees not to move, modify, or attempt repairs

  • The piano must be kept away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight

Damage / Loss & Return Policy

  • No security deposit is required

  • The instrument must be returned in good working condition (normal wear and tear excepted)

  • In the event of damage, loss, or failure to return the instrument, a minimum fee of $150 will be charged, and additional charges may apply if repair or replacement costs exceed this amount

Return & Cancellation

  • A 7-day written notice is required to terminate the rental

  • The instrument must be returned promptly at the end of the rental period

  • Late returns may result in additional charges

Pickup / Delivery

  • Pickup: Included

Liability

Music Love Academy is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or transport of the instrument.

By signing below, the renter agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
