Instrument Details
• Condition: Fully functional and in good working condition at the time of rental
Rental Terms
• Monthly Rental Fee: $50
• Payment Due: At the beginning of each month
• Minimum Rental Period: 1 month
• Rental continues on a month-to-month basis until canceled
Use & Care
• The instrument must be used in a safe, indoor environment only
• Renter agrees not to move, modify, or attempt repairs
• The instrument must be kept away from moisture, heat, and direct sunlight
Damage, Loss & Return Policy
• No security deposit is required
• The instrument must be returned in good working condition (normal wear and tear excepted)
• In the event of damage, loss, or failure to return the instrument, a minimum fee of $150 will be charged; additional charges may apply if repair or replacement costs exceed this amount
Return & Cancellation
• A 7-day written notice is required to terminate the rental
• The instrument must be returned promptly at the end of the rental period
• Late returns may result in additional charges
Pickup / Delivery
• Pickup: Included
Liability
• Music Love Academy is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the use or transport of the instrument
Agreement
• By signing below, the renter agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement
